Training

Their training program is top notch, Fortune 500 style training teaching not just the product, but the fundamentals of how to sell and be successful in corporate sales.  It begins with a week of classroom training, continues with 90 days on the job training under a senior sales representative or sales manager, and additional skills training is offered on promotion.

 

Advancement

This is the perfect opportunity for people who want to advance quickly within a company.  This company only promotes from within and based on merit.  Typically people earn their first promotion within one year and have the potential to move into management within two years.  However, because this is based on merit, rather than seniority, some have done it much faster, receiving their first promotion in six months, or becoming a sales manager within 14 months.

 

Earning potential

There is no better opportunity for a money motivated individual.  Typically, people in this position will make between $50,000 and $60,000 in their first year and between $70,000 and $100,000 in their second year.  Top performers in this role have made over over $100,00 in their first year, and continue to make over $300,000.  This is with a full compensation package, base salary, commissions, bonuses, chances to increase your base salary, contests, car and cell allowance, and full benefits.
